On a sweet potato pomme puree, pickled fennel and a rosemary jus.

With braised baby gem, scallops and a tiger prawn broth

8oz Fillet steak

With pomme pont neuf, roast cherry tomatoes, field mushrooms, served with either a peppercorn sauce or red wine jus
